While watching Star Wars, Finn listened to this commercial about "shrinking your payments" for car insurance....

Finn: I wish I could shrink my payments

Finn: What does "payments" mean?

Mom: Money you owe someone

Finn: I wish I could shrink my payments

Mom: Who do you owe money to?

Finn: To you for all the toys you buys me, I owe you money for all those toys

Finn pays very close attention to all commercials

Super Pet Club

Had a great time at dinner with my buddy Leif and his parents Eric and Darby. On the way home in the car mom told me some great stories about Super Pet Club. Their dog Scout and our cat Emer are in it. Our neighbor dog Stan the Man is the boss of the club. Leif and I are the only humans in the club. We battle all kinds of bad guys. Everyone in the club can fly except Stan, he's gotten old.

The next morning mom and I drew pictures of the club members, secret HQ, and some of our battles.

Going old school...Pac Man style

Dad and me playing Pac Man, old school console and controllers, at family fun night out at Chatterbox. Played checkers, Operation, and Candyland too all while having dinner. This is my kind of restaurant!!

Plans for year-round birthday

After two fun birthday parties recently (Angelina's at home and Michael's at Pump It Up), I've taken a shine to birthdays.

Finn: I think I want to have my birthday every day

Mom: It wouldn't be as special if it was every day, because it's once a year that makes it special

Finn: If it was every day people would give me presents every day

Mom: It will be tough to find friends who want to give you a present every day of the year

Finn: Oh, they will

Curious George Live

Went with my aunties Sheila and Margaret, my peeps Claire, Rachel, and Michael, and mom, to see Curious George Live show. Good times had by all!

We're going to the chapel and we're going get married....

Despite my dour face in this picture, I actually really like this girl. Angelina....oh Angelina.... We've been in class together since we were babies and she's really the only girl I ever talk about from school. She's sweet and cute and fun.

Halloween 2010

Fantastic Halloween this year - 2 parties, a parade, and trick or treating. For the school parade and party I went as Wolverine from X-Men. For the neighbors party at Hamiltons I went as a Shadow Trooper from Star Wars. And for trick or treating itself I went with my best buddy, cousin Michael. He was Wolverine and I was War Machine from Iron Man. I wish Halloween was every weekend......

Dad's Girlfriend

Dad gave mom an iPad for her bday in October. So far dad has mostly been the one using it so mom calls it dad's girlfriend. Dad and I were in the living room when I touched it and it turned on.

Finn: your girlfriend just woke up

Dad: what?

Finn: your girlfriend the iPad woke up and wants to see what's going on
