Fall 2012/Winter 2013 Check-In

Here are all the things I can check off my list in recent months:

1. Good report on me at parent/teacher conference this fall - Check
2. Completed first basketball season and improved ball handling skills - Check
3. Swam in first swim meet with buddy Javier - Check
4. Great holiday break filled with lots of parties/dinners, friends, and family - Check 
5. Spending fun times with old buddies Liam, Bjorn, Karl, Luke, and Michael - Check
6. Spending fun times with new buddies Javier, Teddy, Johnny, and Josef - Check
7. Bit of skiing and outside snow play this frosty winter - Check
8. Indoor soccer season in full swing - Check
9. Grandpa Terry still fighting the good fight against his cancer battle - Check
10. Feeling happy, healthy, grateful, and excited to turn 7 years old in 12 days - Check Check Check and Check

Missing Teeth

Lost 4 teeth in the last year - bottom front 2 and top front 2.  This pic is when I lost tooth #3.  Have since learned the truth about the tooth fair after tooth #2 but no matter, mom still pays up!

End of our basketball season - Bjorn, Liam, and I still waiting on the NBA scouts, fingers crossed!

College Freshman Cousin

Mom and I headed up to St. Ben's to visit Maggie - saw her dorm, the campus, met the roomie, and marveled at what a collegiate she is!

Future NBA-ers

Played basketball this fall with buddies Liam and Bjorn.  Our coach, aka my mom, thinks she saw some
NBA scouts in the gym and rep from Nike to offer endorsement deals.

Huck Finn w/ Karl

Went to see Huck Finn at the theater with mom and my good buddy Karl.  Karl has 2 brothers and a sister, loves Star Wars, and is a good dude.
